  • 8. The tour costs are based on SAR @ Rs.16.5/. Any increase in the given rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers as per the prevailing exchange rate of that day. Requirement
    Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 2 blank pages and 2 white background photographs of size 4x6cm.

Booking Policy
  • 1. Pay a minimum of Rs 30,000/- per person to Book your tour
  • 2. Balance amount to be paid 30 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing
  • 3. Book through NEFT/RTGS or with Cheque favoring “MOMIN HAJ UMRAH TOURS”.

Cancellation Policy
  • 1. Rs. 8000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE
  • 2. 50 % of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure
  • 3. NO REFUND if cancelled within 15 days of departure
  • 4. Date Change Penalty Rs. 5000/- per person PLUS fare difference if any. For changes made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply
